You can now set minimum session durations and enable 30-minute increments for bookings. Gain greater control over your studio schedule, optimize time slots, and cater to a wider range of customer needs. Adjust availability to better suit clients who need shorter or longer sessions, maximizing both studio utilization and customer satisfaction.
2. Booking Notes for Seamless Communication with Clients
Customers can now add notes when booking a session, providing crucial details or special requests directly to the studio providing you with streamlined communication and reducing back-and-forth follow-ups and ensures a smoother experience for both you and your clients. For example, a customer notes specific equipment needs or requests extra setup time, allowing the studio to prepare efficiently in advance.
3. Hide Add-ons from Booking Interface for Greater Flexibility
You can hide certain add-ons from customers while keeping them available internally for promotions or bundled packages. This will allow you to create exclusive offers or reserved services without cluttering the booking interface, enhancing your promotional strategies. Hide premium services to offer as part of seasonal packages, boosting engagement and sales during special campaigns.
4. Upgrades: Tailored Add-ons for Personalization
You can now link specific add-ons to base services and they will pop up as recommendations for the given base service. This will offer a more tailored booking experience for your customers. Drive higher-value bookings by suggesting relevant add-ons early in the booking process, simplifying the customer’s decision-making journey. Automatically suggest editing services or social media packages when a customer books a video recording session.
5. Minimum Session Duration
You can now set the minimum time users are required to book your studios for, ensuring better scheduling and resource utilization. This feature provides more control over booking policies, helping you optimize time slots and reduce short bookings if your policy requires a certain amount of time greater than an hour to be booked.

❓ FAQ Highlights

Currently, the default minimum duration is 1 hour. We’re monitoring demand for shorter durations and may introduce this feature based on customer feedback.
2. Can admins customize questions during the booking process?
Yes! The note field is now customizable. You can tailor the title, description, and even make it mandatory to collect essential information, such as parking needs or special requests, directly from your clients.
3. Will add-ons be available as standalone services?
