- Log In to Your Account
- Start by logging into your Podyx account at https://onboarding.podyx.com/login using your email and password or Google Account credentials.
- Navigate to the Studio Settings Tab
- In the Admin Panel, toggle the down-pointing arrow and select Studio Settings. Here, you’ll see several tabs, including General, Booking, Payment, Notifications, Appearance, and Marketing.
- General Settings
- Studio Name and URL: The General tab displays your studio’s name, booking page URL, studio address, website URL, and the booking language. These details are prefilled from your initial onboarding setup but can be adjusted here if needed.
- Booking Settings
- Time and Date: Confirm your studio’s time zone, date format, and time format, which are typically prefilled based on your initial setup.
- Cut-Off Time & Rescheduling: Set a buffer time between sessions to allow for preparation. You can also define the booking cut-off time, controlling how far in advance clients must book.
- Enable Rescheduling: To allow clients to reschedule their appointments, check Enable booking rescheduling and ensure your refund policy reflects this option.
- Notification Settings
- Booking Notifications Email: Input the email address where you’d like to receive notifications for new bookings. This ensures you stay informed about new and upcoming sessions.
- Save Settings: After making changes, click Save and publish to apply the updates.
- Payment Settings
- Connect Payment Processors: Under the Payment tab, connect a payment processor to allow clients to make payments through Podyx. Currently, Podyx supports Stripe and Square integrations, with more processors in development.
