Step-by-Step Guide to Adding Additional Services
- Log In to Your Account
- Begin by logging into your Podyx account at https://onboarding.podyx.com/login using either your email and password or your Google Account credentials.
- Navigate to the Additional Services Tab
- In the Admin Panel, toggle the down-pointing arrow to locate Additional Services and select it. This section is where you manage all optional upsell services offered by your studio.
- Add a New Additional Service
- Click “Add new” to start creating a new upsell service. This opens a form where you can enter key details about the service, allowing you to present it clearly and attractively to clients.
- Define Service Details
- Name the Service: Enter a name that clearly describes the service, such as “Highlights,” “Professional Edit,” or “Podcast Intro.”
- Provide a Description: Use the description field to outline what the service includes and any specifics. A clear description helps clients understand the added value of the service.
- Set Minimum Quantity (If Needed)
- Define Minimum Quantity: If certain additional services are only viable in bulk (e.g., a minimum number of edits), set a minimum quantity requirement to ensure clients can only book the service in multiples.
- Set Pricing and Discount Options
- Enter the Price: Set a standard price for the additional service.
- Apply a Discounted Price: If you’re offering a promotional rate, use the Discounted price field to show the temporary rate. This discounted price will appear in the booking interface to attract client interest.
- Choose a Pricing Unit
- Select Price Unit: Define the pricing unit based on how the service is offered (e.g., per session, per project, one-time). This makes it clear how the cost is structured, helping clients understand the value.
- Save and Publish the Service
- Click Save and Publish: Once you’ve filled in the service details, save the service to make it live. Clients will now be able to view and add this option to their bookings.
- Add Media to Represent the Service
- Upload Images or Videos: After saving, you’ll see an option to upload visuals that showcase the service, such as images or short video clips. Click Drag ’n’ drop the files here to add media.
- Reorder Media: If you upload multiple files, click Edit image order to change the display sequence, helping clients view media in your preferred order.
- Finalize and Re-Publish
- Click Save and Publish Again: Once media is added, save the changes to update the booking interface immediately.
- Organize Service Order
- Reorder Additional Services: Click Edit row order to adjust the display sequence of additional services in the booking interface. Use this to promote popular or high-value services by placing them at the top of the list.
- Save Order: Click Close row order to finalize the new sequence.
- Embed Additional Services on Your Website
- Generate Embed Code: For those who wish to display additional services directly on their website, click Embed service cards. Copy the provided iframe code and add it to your website for seamless integration.
- Manage Existing Services
- Edit or Delete Services: By clicking the three dots next to each service, you can view details, make edits, or delete services to keep your listings current.
